The design system balances editorial warmth with clear commercial architecture. A coffee finder and equipment finder quiz reduce decision fatigue, embodying a user centric approach that meets people where they are. Consumer and wholesale journeys are cleanly separated, keeping conversion paths direct. Trust and provenance, including B Corp status and producer relationships, are surfaced in context throughout.
The result is a digital experience that does justice to a 20 year legacy, turning a complex offering into a journey that feels intuitive from first visit to long term wholesale partnership.
